Our Culinary Arts Programs covers the most important technical skills. Students master knife skills, mise en place, and the preparation of stocks, sauces, and soups, as well as traini on meat, fish, vegetables, and legumes, along with learning fresh pasta making and pastry and baking techniques. Additionally, in the 12-week course students gain insights into Food and Beverage Management, learning to develop profitable menus, manage costs, logo design, understand service styles, challenging themselves in conceiving a menu that speaks for the Culinary Vision.
